Self-service deletion

1. Open GrowPilot and sign in.
2. Select Account in the header.
3. Open Delete account and cloud data.
4. Enter your password and confirm permanent deletion.

What is deleted

Your email, password hash, sessions, one-time tokens, email preference, payment claims and cloud garden snapshot are removed from the active service immediately. A deleted record may remain in restricted disaster-recovery backups for up to 14 days, then expires automatically. Data already saved locally on your devices is not remotely erased; remove it through browser/app storage controls if desired.

Cannot sign in?

First use password reset. If the mailbox is no longer accessible, email support@abdulsfresh.in from the registered address when possible. Identity verification may be required before manual deletion.
