Payment and access terms

Plans

• ₹99 plan: 31 days of full access from payment approval. It does not auto-renew or auto-debit; pay again to extend access.
• ₹999 plan: one year (365 days) of full access from payment approval.
• ₹3,000 lifetime plan: full access without a renewal payment while the GrowPilot service remains operated and available.
• Listed prices include applicable GST. All plans require a verified GrowPilot account and include the same product tools and cloud sync.

Payment approval

Secure Checkout is processed by Razorpay and supports UPI, cards and netbanking. GrowPilot creates the exact order on its server and grants access only after Razorpay's signature is verified and the payment is reported captured. A signed webhook provides recovery if the browser closes. Manual GPay/PhonePe with UPI transaction ID / UTR remains available as a fallback and starts access only after bank matching. Your selected billing state or union territory is used as the place of supply, and an invoice number is assigned once per approved payment.

Corrections and refunds

For a duplicate payment, incorrect amount, unmatched claim or refund request, email support@abdulsfresh.in with the registered account email and UTR. Requests are reviewed under applicable law; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and associated access may be removed.

Availability

The public preview may remain available without payment. Full tools need an active entitlement and an internet connection when the protected crop content is loaded. Planned maintenance or events outside reasonable control may temporarily interrupt service.
