Cancellation and refund policy

GrowPilot is operated by ABSU Mobilities (proprietor: Sumaiya Fatima), Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Cancellation

The current ₹99, ₹999 and ₹3,000 plans do not auto-renew or auto-debit, so there is no recurring mandate to cancel. You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. Deleting an account does not itself create a refund.

Refund requests

Contact support@abdulsfresh.in with the registered email, payment ID/UTR, amount and reason. Duplicate charges, failed delivery, incorrect charges and legally required refunds will be investigated. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; associated access may be cancelled.

Timing

We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are initiated promptly, but the bank or payment provider controls the final credit time.
