Digital delivery policy
GrowPilot sells digital access only. No physical product is packed, shipped or delivered.
Delivery
Access is attached to the verified GrowPilot account after payment confirmation. With an integrated payment gateway this should normally happen within minutes; manually reviewed UPI claims may take longer. Sign in and select Check status or reload the app after confirmation.
Delivery problem
If payment succeeded but access is not active, email support@abdulsfresh.in with the registered email and payment ID/UTR. Do not send passwords, OTPs or full bank credentials.
